Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays in response times. Please directly contact us if there are any questions or concerns about your order. Thank you for your understanding. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All sales are final. We currently are not accepting returns or exchanges.

If an item purchased online has flaws that weren’t indicated in the product page, we will issue store credit for the item. However, this rarely occurs as we take great care and diligence in documenting all flaws/details for our online store.

If the item is purchased in-person, you are responsible for verifying the condition of the item.

SHIPPING SERVICES

Unfortunately, we are not offering any shipping services at this time.
Get Thrifty is currently pick-up only. We may consider expanding to shipping in the future with the growth of our operations. 

STORE PICK-UP

To schedule a store pick-up, fill out a pick-up time at checkout. Your order will be prepared and will be ready for pick-up by the specified time. If you are unable to make it to the scheduled pick-up date, your order will be reserved and can be picked up during regular store hours. If your item is not picked up after 1 month, it will be restocked to the store and you will lose your item.

At pick-up, please tell our staff the order items and the name they were ordered under. 

In line with regional and provincial protocols, please wear a mask when entering our store.

As part of our sustainability initiative, we do not provide bags in store. Please bring your own bag when picking up your online order.
